always faithful to the strategic project of PCE have been the best supporters in the city of Rivas, the policies adopted by the democratic organs of the United Left IX after the Federal Assembly, in where direct public management and public services is one of the strategic characterized as the green left and there must assert that it governs.
An institutional activity in the Department of Environment, under the political direction of Sira and Manuel has been marked by public services to municipal and whose expression has been fixed by the Municipal Services and the pursuit of local policies that have created space for democratic participation that have resulted in transformative initiatives, continued work with the town's social movements, direct public attention in an efficient, accountable and transparent municipal resources.
From the PCE also want to express our dissatisfaction with the lack transparency and internal democracy has been shown around the cessation of these comrades, and the clear intention of removing it is the understanding that should prevail in a political organization as UI on the principle of plurality is recognized and should be respected. Any action contrary to this principle is, without doubt, a collective loss of credibility and consistency of policy that can have a bad performance in the coming months.
